Your initial enquiry will be handled by our dedicated professional Centre Managers who will offer you the
opportunity to view the venue and discuss your requirements. You will be given a quotation and a copy of our terms
and conditions following your initial enquiry. As an ethical business we will not conceal any hidden charges, our charges
will be clearly presented.

Once you return the signed quotation your booking is confirmed. Account details and billing arrangements will be confirmed when we receive your booking. Changes or supplementary charges will only be made on receipt of your signed authorisation. We will contact you, at least three working days before your event, to check final details and timings.

The Centre Managers will ensure the smooth running of your event. You will be welcomed when you arrive and details and timings for the event will be confirmed. Your main conference rooms and syndicate areas will be refreshed during breaks. In accordance with Health and Safety requirements we will provide you with clear written instructions regarding fire and safety procedures before your event starts. Telephone messages and faxes will be given to you at an appropriate break in your event unless advised otherwise

We will set up your room, as briefed, at the agreed time before your event is due to start. If, at the last minute, you decide to change anything we will do our best to help you.

All of our equipment will be fully tested prior to your event. If you are linking your computer/laptop to our system we suggest that you do this well in advance, in case of lack of compatibility or the need to alter your configuration settings.
